We normally go to Haraki about the middle two weeks in October. We have found it cheaper to use Olympic than to book flights and accommodation ourselves. I have looked for availability for next year but our preferred accommodation (Porto Haraki) is not available. We may find that we cannot go next year. October seems to be more of a problem to obtain flights as some airlines stop flying to Rhodes at the end of September

We've booked flights with EasyJet for next year, a week in March/April and two weeks in May/June. We bought extra legroom seats at an additional £12 per journey per person which added a total of £96 to the basic price. The grand total including all fees and credit card surcharges for both of us for two return flights including the legroom seats was £555. Un-reserved seats would have reduced this to £459 all-up; so pretty good for two trips for two people.

Hi Barry,
The EJ flights after late June have not been made available yet. The early year one's only became available a couple of weeks ago. You have to keep checking.
Extra legroom in the front seats are similar to Jet2 I think. The other extra legroom seats are in rows 12 & 13 (Airbus A320) but these are next to the emergency exits so may not be suitable for Jill.

While on the subject of flight costs, we were speaking to a couple last week who go every year, book a cheap package in Faliraki, spend their holiday in Haraki and never see the accommodation they booked in Faliraki.

As we are due to fly to Haraki a week today (Oct 10th) with Olympic I was checking if today's flight (Strategic STU3360 ) was on time. I found that it was showing as cancelled. All the other Strategic flight that I could find were also showing as cancelled. I checked with Olympic and they are now using a company called "Travel Services" which is showing on Manchester Airport website as "SmartWings" On the 10 th Oct they have the same flight times as the original "StrategicAirlines" Flights The flight numbers are QS3021 to Rhodes and QS3022 return. I wonder which airline they will use next year ?

Thanks for info about Easyjet Bob, We have just booked for our hol from end of June til early July at a great price of £332. That is with the luggage & selected seating added. We will be staying above Divinci's & hope to see you again next year. Love reading all the comments on Proboard & all the info we get. Keep up the good work.

We have to go during school holidays and are being quoted over £600 by both Jet2 and Easyjet. Looking at Ryanair site it seems thay will be running flights to Rhodes next year after all but they are not on sale yet. Ryanair are advertising LBA/Kos as a new route for next year. Anyone know anything?
