Not easy these days. Since XL went pop a few years ago the charter flights in this area were never replaced. We're from Ross on Wye and travel to Liverpool to use EasyJet, but we do have relatives in Cheshire so they look after the car and do the airport run with us.
When are you looking at going, this season or next?

David.I have friends in cornwall who find that the best way from your area is to go via Gatwick .I know its a fair drive but if you search online you will find several carriers .we tend to use Easy Jetas their early morning flight gets you to Rhodes in good time and the return flight is also good .You will also find that off airport parking can be reasonable if booked online,in advance .Hope this helps.BIG MIKE

We live in west wales and havbe used Bristol but its expensive (cardiff needs a mortgage!)
over last 2-3 years been using easyjet from liverpool much easier than gatwick both in travel time and ease of access, its south of liverpool city. As the flights are 7 in the morning we stay in Aigburth Travel lodge 2 miles from airport. Also plenty of cheap parking nearby at approx £25 per week
